Position Context:
As part of an ambitious project, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join the quality team of our client, a key player in the insurance sector. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of new IT processes in a demanding environment, working closely with both business and technical teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Define and structure business needs with stakeholders, and formalize requirements.Design, document, and implement efficient processes in coordination with the relevant teams.Manage project activities: planning, coordination, deliverables tracking, and reporting.Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support change management.Work with international stakeholders (fluent communication in both French and English required).
