ENTRUSTED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defining and deploying technical infrastructures into the information system
- Ensuring the support in the event of malfunctions in the systems
- Analyzing incidents, investigating, and resolving them (including performance issues), accordingly come up with corrective solutions
- Writing and maintaining the technical documentation
- Managing the lifecycle of infrastructure software (backup tools, antivirus updates, certificates & security policies)
- Automatizing tasks using MS Orchestrator
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor or master’s degree in IT
- At least +3 years of experience in the related field
- Strong knowledge in deploying and migrating techniques under Windows Servers (2012 R2, 2016 & 2019)
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell Scricpting
- Knowledge of SCCM & Orchestrator
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, network interconnection techniques, as well as the main Microsoft & application protocols
- Having Microsoft certifications, as well as knowing ITIL methodology is an asset
- Good commands of English and French
