Application Manager

iKe Solutions is a human-sized company in the IT industry, which guides its clients from the secondary and tertiary sectors into the digital transformation and evolution of their information systems. And this through project management, business/functional analysis, and the development of information technology tools.


  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization and to IT Business Owners when required
  • Assisting with covering base application & integrations
  • Managing ticketed query system
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents & procedures
  • Managing the applications and dealing with technical issues
  • Preparing & upgrading maintenance plans & schedules
  • Assisting in the analysis & audit of new projects


  • Bachelor or master’s degree in IT or equivalent
  • Background or previous experience in system administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge in managing application maintenance and support services (L3)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux environment
  • Knowing and interest in agile methodologies
  • Good commands of English and French
